Rendering Speed

This section shows render speed example for several scenarios. 

The main part of rendering speedup was made for CentiLeo 0.65 release that included optimizations:

  1. Rendering huge polygons models and streaming them efficiently

  2. Huge sets of instances / particles with streaming

  3. Efficient storage and streaming of vertex and object UVW channels and custom attributes

  4. Streaming out-of-core image textures

  5. Scene compilation / load times for many objects and objects with a lot of primitives

  6. Tesselation and displacement

CentiLeo is fast not only there, but also for example for many light sources situation thanks to adaptive algorithms, it's also efficent for glass and multi material renderings that will be showcased in the future.
