Procedural Scratches

Procedural Scratches node generates random lines with internal falloff inside the line and this can be used as input for the Bump slot of Material that looks like the scratches on the surface. The other useful option of scratches bending can set using UVW Distortion node.

The Layer node can combine the flakes of different scale and density to make complex looks.
