Extra Settings

Light option non-blocking other lighting. This option is available for regular CentiLeo light source and emission material and it's useful to setup lighting geometry that don't occlude the lightin from other lighting sources. This option is useful for architectural design to setup the images behind the windows and back panels that don't affect the lighting.  

Option for render iteration size (16, 64 or 256 samples per pixel for single iteration). In the past each render iteration performed 64 path tracing samples per pixel for any single iteration. Now we can optionally fire 16, 64 or 256 path tracing samples for single iteration. More samples per iteration produces hight sampling bandwidth in the long run (sometimes 5-10% faster), but in case you need a draft quick animation then 16 samples per iteration is a way to go.

Shader Nodes

Pattern shader: extra filling gradient types (linear, circular, diagonal, box and other patterns are added)

Bitmap and UVWTransform shaders: extra tilling options (tiling, mirror, clamp, no tile, repeat for each mapping channel)

Falloff shader: extra direction option

Post production Denoiser 

Denoiser is a GPU based process (using OptiX GPU) and works as a post effect without need for re-rendering, you can change the strength of denoising from 0 to 1 anytime during rendering. It supports any large image resolution. The setting can be found in render settings. Optionally the user can add "extra passes" such as albedo and normal pass to guide denoiser for better quality if needed.

Material Converter

So far we have implemented material converter only for 3ds Max plugin. Basically we transform quite lot of other materials, textures and light sources to CentiLeo but still ignore displacement mapping, environment HDRI mapping, sheen material settings, complex 3-way IOR and volume media (except of FOG settings). The supported list of shaders is below.
