hi,
it seems that CentiLeo only uses Node Materials ?
this is kind of a bummer because regular materials can be easily (python) scripted while node materials are a nightmare in this regard.
like this it is almost impossible to write a custom material converter, for example.
and its not possible to create materials in the way most people are used to work on c4d.
sure, node materials are more powerful but traditional materials have their advantages as well.
in short... it would be really great if there would be a regular material representation,
so that you can set up the same materials the new (node) and the traditional way as well
(corona does this in a nice way)

Hi Index and welcome here!
Thank you for opinion, however I don't agree with the fact that old material structure is needed. Maxon developers make a lot effort and innovation to the new node materials. The node material structure was released 6 years ago. And we support it for that long time. They are better in any way. Maybe except of scripting as you say. As for material converter then I am writing it in C++ right now for some other 3rd party engines. It goes well
